Since you probably wouldn't believe me if I just said you weren't...there's really no such thing. Except maybe autism, which you clearly don't have. Rather, it takes time and experience. Watching and listening helps, but isn't enough, since it's always different people, and different situations. At least when you're drawing on your own history, it's one less variable to worry about.
Mistakes are easier to remember, so even people who do well think of themselves negatively.
