  1. EH? Ranma and Inuyasha still make money? That's all I know about Rumiko Takahashi...
    And I've never even heard of the number two guy.

  2. You're forgetting the American fanbase -_-;

    #2 is the creator of Detective Canon.

  3. Ah, of course, I remember something about them showing Inuyasha on CN. Don't remember when though, it's possible it could be recent, but not that recent, because I haven't gotten the channel since two summers ago.

    Heard of Detective Canon, but no idea what it is. But apparently it's bigger than Naruto?

    And how can these people be ahead of, say, Hideaki Anno?

  4. who's Hideaki Ano?

    Oops, it's Detective Conan, LOL. I saw a few episodes in H.K. and I thought it's pretty repetitive, just like Kendaichi after a few volumes. =\ Sure, genius got shrunk into a kindergartener-sized body is a bit more of a twist than Kendaichi, but revealing the solution by blabling every time (through a stupid adult, no less) gets old quick. And Conan is just as long as the Salior Moon series (or longer!) too...

    Death Note is much more exciting XD Yay! Oobata-jii-chan love! (heh, sorry...)

  5. Cutie Honey + Evangelion + maybe more that I don't know about.

    Nothing is as long as Sailor Moon. Hundreds upon hundreds of episodes and dozens of movies? Sailor Moon is...iconic. Even Pokemon at its height wasn't as big as Sailor Moon.

  6. Cutie Honey...huh.

    Pokemon's still hot in japan. What about DB series (the shounen counterpart)? That went on forever too...well, inuyasha as well.
