Hit-And-Run Accident On Second

There was a hit-and-run accident on Second Street, between South Grant and Humbolt [I think?], right in front of my neighbor's house. There was one dead, that being my neighbor. I don't know anything about him except that he's Black, wore a short-sleeved shirt and watch on his right hand the day he died, and that my cat likes the dry grass in his back yard. He was covered in yellow cloth, with a group of paramedic-police mix chatting, occationally laughing, besides him, all of them blocking the way of tired people who goes home by that route [they had closed off that section of 2nd entirely].

It could've been an accident; people do [dangerously] speed on that short stretch of road. Or it could've been a murder; I had been hearing much past midnight conversations comming from that house on days that I stay up late. Ungodly hours of one to three in the morning. Loud conversations. But never loud enough to distinguish words from their deep-voiced grunts of conversation...

How sad. Only two days from Christmas.
I manipulated the time so it'd be the right day. Current time of entry is Christmas eve, 01:16.

Unlocked All of Narutimett & All Other NARUTO-Related Rants At Midnight

Ehh...as topic said. Orochi is frightening, but powerful...The end is an animation of Team Seven running in the sunset...the one Kishimoto-sensei illustrated...I left them running for a while...as I was entranced by it...

Ehh...again, replying to csrjjsmp, No, I don't think the Kairi or Ryo is gay, and I don't think everyone is either. I don't think you are, now do I? Well, now that I think about it, I've never really considered others' perferences. Telling me someone is homosexual will only give me the kind of shock when hearing about someone's crush?in other words, mild interest/curiosity. In terms of characters not in reality (NO! SASUKE IS REAL! NOOOOO I CAN'T HEAR YOU!! LALALA!!), I'm in full support of ShikaIno, Kiba-/Shino-Hina [but not ShinoKiba, please], LeeSaku, and occationally Hyuugacest*, NejiTen, and NaruHina. I really don't like it when some yaoi fangirls make every guy a homosexual...because some just can't possibly be...just imagine Lee doing that winking thing to Neji...(shudders) Then why Naruto? Because he's 'Sasukesexual,' term coined by Nazo, the author of Naruto no Hohoemi. eeto...ShikaNeji is just...frightening, though I've come across this minor paring. OroIta is really quite scarring, but I'm used to it now, after 30 chapters of And the Beat Goes On by QueenAngelblood. Eeto...ItaOC**[female] is actually not that bad...but I've only tred across one, and while the AU*** Itachi is a bit OoC****, Seika is a great pair for this OoC Ita-kun. Uchihacest* irks me a bit, but I don't see it as outragous as pairings like GaaSaku, ShikaNeji, GenIru, etc. Who knows what's going on in that strange head of Itachi's...Though I hate [with a passion] of any adults paired with a minor. That REALLY bothers me.

Peach Girl is a shoujo, so Kairi/Ryo/Toji/Goro/etc would never even dream of liking another guy ^^ in fact...the only thing bothering me about Peach Girl is the repetitive plot of Momo choosing between Toji and Kairi and Sae constantly breaking them up. At least the ending was kinda nice...the good[and bad?] thing about most long shoujo is that if you miss a volume, you only need to read the summary to find what's going on and be satisfied with that. I can skip more than half of Peach Girl and read the last two volumes [which is what I did in Borders today] and still be with the plot. There's really nothing to miss. ¬¬;; Can't do that in many of the Shounen/action. Eeh...can't do that in Grativtation either...it's too chaotic to even skim.

Why am I so caught up on defending myself anyways? It's none of my business on what you think...ahh, stupid reflexes.

On the other hand, I found another Ishida Uryuu-kun look-alike. This time, the similarity is uncanny. Long bangs, middle part, black hair, glasses, long-coated, carries a cross, sharp eyes. Nakaura, Tomonori [24, math teacher of a HS, can cook well] can very well be a grown up Uryuu-kun. ^^

Eeh..I've typed for over 40minutes...tired.

EDIT: (DIES) I keep forgetting to put the definitions down. I did that a few days ago too... ><;
*[blah]cest: Incest of [blah] family
**OC: Original Character...sadly, they're usually Mary Sues***** or whatever the male counterpart word is [John Doe? David John?]
***AU: Alternate Universe, as in fanfiction not following the original plot.
****OoC: Out Of Character, as in a cheery Sasuke [that is not Kairi] or something..opposite of IC, meaning In Character
*****Mary Sue: an incredibly aboriginal character

Skin...Done...

After nights of coloring, I've finally finished the skin and eye portion of the Naruto drawing I've been working on...And it's only going to get worse...I guess it's okay so far o___O; I'm having trouble choosing Naruto's hair color...since whatever I choose seem too dull of a yellow...even the samples that I took...tired..damn period.

More Seiyuu Discoveries!

Kurosaki, Hisoka [Yami no Matsuei/Descendants of Darkness] is voiced by Asano, Mayumi, who also voices Haku!

Miki, Shinichiro voices Tsuzuki, Asato of the same series, as well as Crim of the .HACK series, Urahara, Kisuke ['Manager'] of Bleach, and Mizuki of NARUTO!

Kyaa—Inoue, Kazuhiko, who voices Yuki, Eiri [Gravitation], Hatake, Kakashi [NARUTO], and many other characters, also voiced in Yami no Matsuei as Oriya, Mibu~!

And...noowayy.....Seki, Toshihiko, who is Iruka in Naruto, Sanzo of Saiyuki, Duo of Gundam Wing, and Count D of Petshop of Horrors, is Watari in YnM?! o_______O;;

Sora of .HACK//sign, Tasumi of YnM, and Aoki of X are all voiced by Morikawa, Toshiyuki...though he looks neither like businessman Tasumi and Aoki are nor like Sora o___O;;;

I fear KUJIRA...who, while has a nickname that means WHALE, voices Orochimaru in NARUTO, and has a photograph that made me wonder whether she's female or not [it's Orochimaru and his female speech, I tell you!]...

Eeto..Paku Romi is very cool~she doesn't even look like the kind of gal who can pull off voices like Ken of Digimon, Edward of FMA, Katsushiro of Samurai 7, and Ren of Shaman King~ Temari suits her though...Romi is like Junko Takeguchi [Naruto//NARUTO, Gon//HxH, Metabee//Metabots, Mokuba//Yu-Gi-Oh]...as seen in their roles...it's a pain to hear them talk together o__O;;

EEEH!? Gaara [NARUTO] = Xelloss [Slayers] = Hiwatari, Satoshi (TV) [D.N.Angel] = Hakkai [Saiyuki] = Arthrun [Gundam seed] = Kaworu [Evangelion] = Ishida Akira?! o___O;;;; B...bu...but...Gaara and Xelloss are like...COMPLETELY DIFFERENT?!! 0_0 Ishida-san scares me, but I hail him anyways O__O

Uchiha Uryuu

After seeing the preview in episode 10 of Bleach, I REJOICED! at the long-awaited appearance of Ishida, Uryuu! [Insert FangirlSqueal!(TM) here] And so I went to download episode 11 & 12, unsubbed, from Saiyaman.

Uryuu-kun's voice is done by our beloved Non-Tan [Sugiyama, Noriaki]! Though, as a Seiyuu newbie, he's not very good at changing his voice, thus making Uryuu-kun an AU* Sasuke ^^;; I had always thought Uryuu-kun should have a deeper voice than Sasuke though...hope Non-Tan will work on that in the future~ The producer of Bleach weren't making a mistake in giving Uryuu-kun's role to Non-Tan. Both Uryuu-kun and Sasuke frowns and glares as if 'something crawled up his ass and died,' though more Sasuke than Uryuu ^^

I love Uryuu-kun's ability to sew...now just imagine Sasuke doing the exact same move ['Sharingan!!'](ROFL)

Just a day ago I found someone who did a NARUTO/Bleach Fanart, with Sasuke as Uryuu and Naruto as Ichigo, which can be found here. The picture itself is safe, but for your sanity(?)'s sake, it's from a SasuNaru LJ community, so be sure not to wonder too far if you fear ^^ Ehh, the picture's not fabulously drawn, as there are off-proportioned body parts, but it's not so bad that it's glaring...much.

By the way. I have no idea about 3/4 of the things they said in Bleach...-_-;;;

Peach Girl [in relation to NARUTO]

I picked up Peach Girl by Ueda, Miwa some time ago in the Main Library, and that day, instead of soaking up Bio chapters, I read around 6 inconsecutive volumes of this Shoujo manga. In my third volume, I couldn't help but comparing Okayasu, Kairi [Kiley] with Sasuke...well, at least, Sasuke if he's on sedatives or crack. Middle-parted dark bangs hanging over dark eyes, framing a pretty face that gets hoarded by fangirls, as well as brother just as, if not more, drool-worthy than Kairi himself whom he hates. Sound familiar? Err, regarding the drool-worthy part, it's based on the context of the manga, because I personally don't think either Kairi or Ryo is good enough since the Uchiha Bros can beat the Okayasu Bros any day.

The one glaring difference are their personalities. In fact, they have completely different personalities! One is perverted, silly, and very social, while the other is...not. Though a hornball Sasuke can often be spotted in the realm of fandom.

(gasp!) KakaIru Moment!

This morning I forgot to mention the KakaIru moment at the end of the Kakashi-Ten. Why KakaIru moment? Because why Iruka, of all people, to find Kakashi moping in front of the monument [no doubt talking to Obito again] and cheers him up? ^^

This, supposedly, should belong to the footnote section, as I'm replying to csrjjsmp, but it's more important as a RANT!
The point is, if you think the trust between Chouji and Shikamaru is overdone and be a ShikaChoji moment, then you'll be also admitting to SasuNaru, because we all know Naruto's main motivation to chase after Sasuke is not the promise to Sakura. ^^

csrjjsmp's view is exactly the POV of many...-_-;;

Kakashi vs. Haku—Narutimett Hero

I just finished the Kakashi-Ten in Narutimett [yes, I know, I'm slow], and getting Haku with Sennen koroshi is just funny...thought it'd be even better if I got Orochi or Zabuza with it... ^^

Yay. Only have Shikamaru and Hinata left to finish...though there might be more characters to unlock...

蝶。 [NARUTO Episode 113-114]

Errm, there's a reason why I just skipped 112 and perhaps even 110-111. Really. But! The topic is 113-114 so I won't go further than that.

蝶(ちょう*)is actually another Kishimoto name pun. It is derived from the 'chou' in 'Chouji', though the common given name 'Chouji' is not written in the same kanji. Yay for pretty blue butterflies. Episode 114 is another glaring example of Kishimoto-sensei as a closet doujinshi-ka: there's symbolism. The whole fight is better played out in the anime than the manga, and the last scene of 114 is just awesomely(?) done. Dramatic, yes, but good nonetheless. Skinny Chouji with Chakra butterfly wings looked very edible (...!), but the producers seemed to have overdone the contrast the difference between the normal and the pepper-pill-ed Chouji. In 113 Chouji was much chubbier than necessary, and the peppered version's legs looked like whey were toothpicks wrapped in bandages.

Chouji is really a stereotypical overweight child, especially in conformity-promoted societies like HK and perhaps Japan. He's such a undermined character too. It's hard not to like Chouji, whether for his underwear-styled hitai-ate, his sensitivity to the name 'debu', or 'fatty', his kindness, or his chubbiness [for there are far too little not-skinny and cool characters around].

Understanding between Chouji and Shikamaru is one of the most touching ones, as depicted in various times through out 112-114. There are really not many who can say they're as close to their best friends as a brother or sister...Both Chibi-Chouji's and Chibi-Shikamaru's voices were a bit off though, as both of their voices sound too much like their 12-yr-old self.

I should say something about the significance of the butterfly too [besides that they suit Chouji very well and that they're pretty], but...I don't feel like it...

I sniffled during the last few minutes of 114 ;_; but whether that is due to the cold weather [since I know how he'd turn out] or because I'm emotional [PMS, fangirlish chemicals, etc], that will be for the pandas to ponder and Poriferas** to know.

「父ちゃん...僕には仲間がいっぱい出来た...」'Tou-chan...boku ni wa nakama ga ippai dekita...'
'Dad, I have made a lot of friends...' - Akamichi, Chouji : NARUTO ep114 :: Um, quite self explanatory if you've seen the series, if that makes any sense at all...

*Chou: 'Butterfly',as in the 'chou' of the 'Ino-shika-chou' formation, which means 'pig-deer-butterfly formation'.
**Porifera: (gasp) a non-Japanese related explanation?! Kingdom Animalia, Phylum Porifera, otherwise known as sponges.

o___O;;;

No, really. I truely do not know what to title this entry. To start matters off and as a record, I've had this window open for more than 24 hours [and my computer on for a day longer] and it is not until now that I begin modifying the 'template.'

Next. I have a whole chapter of Bio to take notes on in addition to the Scarlet Letter/Minister's Black Veil/Bartleby/Civil Disobedience essay rough draft and a whole unit's worth of Calc homework to accomplish, yet I sit here and type. No, definately not during the weekend or when I have relatively less homework. The blogging must be done now.

I swung the dense textbook from the white bookcase onto the white table, and with with long, untrimmed nails, opened the text at around the middle. Sweeping other worksheets and handouts into a pile on the floor, I determinatedly instructed myself, 'Alright now, do your homework and no drawing Itachi!'

Almost immediately, fingers picked out that one cursed page of an Itachi head—the one I've been trying to materialize his body from—and laid it over the binder paper in which I prepared to take notes on.

So much for determination.

I had no way of writing that without sounding like a bored rant-er either. -_-;; But the point is, I've decided to redraw the Itachi I promised Venus, my friend in Hong Hong over four months ago. I started it while in HK, but for one reason or another, forgot about it...that is, until a few days ago. Looking back at the one I started, I cringe at the lack of skills it radiated. Well, at least, lacked more than now. [If I had SKILLZ I would not be stuck after drawing the head, now would I?] Thus the orgin Itachi for Venus attempt number two, four months later. A sitting, studying, bored, college student(?!) Itachi is provining to be difficult though. I'll no doubt give up on it soon, though I'm not compelled to do so...yet.

I haven't been very motivated to do my NARUTO afterthoughts lately because a) I'm waiting for the Kakashi Gaiden to end before I conclude, and b) I'm neither wow-ed or disgusted at the anime lately. I'll do them next week. Really.

Yay. Back to my Itachi...er, I mean, Bio homework!

'Those who don't follow the rules are trash. But those who don't care about their comrads are lower than trash.' - Uchiha, Obito : NARUTO ch240 :: I'd love to analyze this quote and its effect on Kakashi right now, but...no. The original Japanese quote and its analyze will come when the Gaiden ends ^^ (nobody cares, you idiot.)

My First Deviant Comment!

...from someone other than ones I know personally, I mean. Check my Yukigawa Sei drawing for that comment ^^ I feel like I'm a little kid who just got praised for going to the toilet by herself, despite the commenter being what seems like a bald 22-yr-old. Not that it really matters. And whether that toilet incident actually occured is up to the world (me included) to speculate.

I feel resolute to make short, in-topic blog entries.

Music: Naruto Main Theme - Toshiro, Masuda//NARUTO :: Oh how I can never stress my love for rock + classic music enough. Traditional instruments + drums and electronic guitars rock.

Less Cold

It rained a few times recently. Thus the weather got warmer.

All hail the high specific heat water.

Yay for H2O.

I got fatter because it's winter. Just like bears do.

Music: Seishun Kyousoukyoku - Sambomaster//NARUTO : NARUTO 7th [?] ending :: I don't know why. I like this song just like how I take liking to GO!!!. I like the anime version of Seishun Kyousoukyoku better though. The ~2min afterwards seems more like filler...I especially like the part before the singing at the beginning =D

What's This—I've Got An Audience?

To say the least, I'm amused. I got comments on my lack of ranting, LoL. A grand total of four in the last entry about coldness! (amused to no end)

As a reply to csrjjsmp's wise comments about how I need a fan to cool down in the summer months, I would like to say, 'No, I don't have a fan in the house. Our fan was recalled during the past mid-summer.' So HA! XD

Responding to comments of my 40041127 entry:
*The mainstream teeagers-
This reminds me of the videos we watched in Psychology in CSM. The videos were about how MTV sells teenagers back to themselves and the trend-hunters. The trend-hunters are people who basically go out onto the streets and find the ones who dress at the 'tip of the trend'—or, ones who don't follow the trend. They capture their souls [with a camera] and promote the trend-leaders' fashion to the mass. One really obvious example is the climbing popularity of Gothic-Punk clothing, as seen characterized by the ]already common] spiked jewelery and metal-lined belt and the [popularity-gaining] fishnets. These weren't worn as a mainstream fashion only a few years ago. Now we see them even in Target.

This topic ends here. More on next topic ^^

Cold.

Cold. Too cold, yet not cold enough. It frosts, but not snow.

I'm tired.

There is much that I want to respond to though...

And there are also my weekly(?) NARUTO review/summaries...

I do need more sleep during chilly months.

'this is how i feel...'

'this is how i feel. this is how i feel in terms of how i feel about how i'm not saying how i feel because i feel that i'm not able to say how i feel!'
Incredibly confusing but awesome, as taken from Amy's DeadJournal On 20041122.

In that entry she also asked to pick one sense to give up...One year ago I would've said smell...But I realized that taste is useless without smell, as taste was my first to keep. Not seeing would be difficult, just as touch is essential. I love colors and not dropping things too much. Last is giving up sound. It seems to be my last priority and logically, I should pick the said sense as my choice, but though our world is overflowing with noise and ugly sounds, it is the fastest way of communicating and the world will be much more unfeeling without sound...And music...

So, what would others choose? [To gather information for Amy ^^]

Edit, about 15 seconds after initial post: Upon reading some of the Xanga entrees, a recurring thought popped into my head: So many people post for and to an audience, almost as if they expect someone to read their entrees!

Edit, about 180 seconds after second post: But then again, Xanga has this 'prop' system, as I was reminded by Gabocow's Thanksgiving Entry [or more specificly, his random question], which promotes censoring of personal, radical opinions...what DO the eProps do other than site promotion...which is only supporting, glorifying, and advertising conformity anyways?!

So Much To Do, So Little Time To Waste

I always complain about the lack of time...but all I do is waste time if I get any, in truth.

Anyways, to the point. I said I was going to work on the Robotics Website...and I did. Just not to the point that anyone would understand it to be. >_>;;

And my "To Rant" List ever-grows...

Hmm...I want to quote a Sasuke, as I promised before...but...not now. o_O;;

NARUTO Episode 109

Now that I've got the comments out of my way, I can rant to my hearts desire! (It's not like anything was holding you back, stupid.) So anyway, here I shiver as I sit in the cold at this unholy hour of after 01:00, killing my kidneys and liver and braincells, not caring about the mountain of homework I have to do tomorrow.

A very SasuSaku episode indeed, but I'm not really complaining. This part of the series is meant for understanding and realizing the love that Sakura has is much deeper than the crush that Naruto has over her. There are some flashback scenes not present in the manga, which I thought were very nice and cute. Sakura got a bit self-centric towards the end of her dialogue, but that's Kishimoto's fault. I personally think Sakura would be more persuasive if she mentioned Naruto (!!) and Kakashi also, since I don't believe Sasuke saw Sakura as any more than a close teammate. This contrasts sharply with the later Sakura, ne.

Sasuke was paid a lot of attention in this episode—and rightfully so because he's a bishie. It can be seen by the quality he's drawn in, in oppose to Naruto, who's a relatively minor character in this episode. As I've said to Csrjjsmp, they're 12/13, and what both Naruto and Sasuke went and is going through is nothing they deserve. They both really have the right to bitch. I agree that Sasuke is morally twisted, as a result of the massacre, his brother's last words to him, and the lack of other influences during his up-bringing, therefore justifying the reason of his betrayal. Nonetheless I screamed in my head [because I would disturb the house at this ungodly hour and thus be discovered to still be up at 01:00] and watched the episode clutching the sheets I will change when I decide to sleep and almost cried. I will definately steal a quote from this episode's Sasuke to be placed at the end of this entry...just sometime later o__O;; Of course, I was, unsuprisingly, awed by Sasuke's acrobat skills. Although the moves were seen before, I still think they're chou-kakkoi*!! I love how they drew Sasuke too...heheheee, especially the rush of emotions that Sasuke was unable to retain in this episode (hearts) (sigh) It's just as heartbroken as it was when I read the manga to see Sasuke flipping the framed picture down...as if he tried convincing himself that leaving is his goal and reason for existance...

Erm, I think my Sasu-fangirl side is overflowing a bit...thus, as a change of pace:
The trust that Naruto had in Sasuke was really pure. It wasn't to make Sakura feel better. In fact, Naruto acknowledges Sasuke's physical strength, yet overestimated Sasuke's mental strength—the kind of strength Naruto's character posess. This will really be reflected later, as Naruto was betrayed...his closest friend and rival...(loss of words) .____.

Overall reaction of this episode: (wai~kakkoi Sasuke!)(guuu)(cries)(=\)(kakkoi Sasuke...) <--(what the heck?!)

Needless to say, I'm quite please with this episode...I'm so overwhelmed with thoughts and emotions that I can't even express them ^^ (geez, you don't get emotional in real life but cry over shounen manga?) <-- this will be connected to Kishimoto-sensei worshipping I'll be doing in the next entry...or the entry after...or even after that...but definately WILL be doing. I love Kishimoto-sensei. Really. o__O;;

This is quite biased towards SasuNaru fans, if it wasn't clear before, LoL.

I have much more to rant about, and topics are even written down so I don't forget...but my fingers are frozen on top of the keyboard and under the slightly open window, and while I'm not that tired, I need the energy to wake up early to do homework tomorrow. (yay! Your conscience is back!) Whoa. it's 02:54, a parent of mine just went to the bathroom, but didn't tell me to sleep...oh never mind.

Quote later, definately.

*Chou-kakkoi: composed of chou, meaning 'super', and kakkoi, meaning 'cool'.

Queer Eye for the Straight Guy

Saw my first episode of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy today. Perhaps this episode that I chanced upon is not of the best, but it left a bit of a bad taste. Those five guys, while I think they're trying quite hard to stay within the stereotype homosexual, are very awesome at their jobs ^^ I wanted that seven- or eight-foot tall bookcase along with that ladder for myself, as well as that tall celing *_*!!

Wow. I have fans, LoL.
Kittie: eh, it's not much...it's only on Standard. Besides, as I've said, it was only because I was high on adrenaline/epinephrine after doing the Kind Lady Interlude Mix—which, by the way, I like a lot. I'll never accomplish such feat again! ((sarcasm drips) oh woe!) At least before bishies* takes over our world ^^

Csrjjsmp: Yes! As in that theme song! It's the movie version though, so it doesn't sound quite as bad. Really. Thanks for supporting non-censoring! If you have forgotten, Naruto-tachi** are in their pre-teens. 12 and 13. No child should go through what they have gone through...in my opinion, I think they have a right to bitch and act immature; they're children! No, I don't think the Moonchild concept is flawed either...in fact, I want to see how much plot and bad acting and bishies that much has to offer ^^ Bah, what of a whimpy virus?

GreatGodIvan: Audience? You do mean fans, right? =D (...) Well...bah, what of we are to judge if conformity is bad or no? The Administration? What's that?

*Bishie(s): Shortened word for Bishounen, meaning literally 'pretty boy'.
**-tachi: plural. So if watashi means 'I' [which it does], then watashi-tachi means 'We'. Can be used on other [living] things like cats and children [that can be personified]!

Scattered Thoughts: Just Because I Don't Want to Do English...

I have 74 pageviews on my DeviantArt Page. How?

I have amazing pictures...I'll upload them someday and awe everyone with them...

There's a movie called Moonchild...starred by Gackt and Hyde. Their selling point is pretty guys o___O;

There are good reasons why Gackt is so...popular. Prettier than 75% or more of the female population, androgenous enough to be able to look both feminine and masculine [with the help of makeup], nice singing voice, not afraid of heavy makeup, and will wear anything, i.e. samuri outfits to kimono to suits to lace to fishnets and very short leather shorts to fur to nothing o_______O;

Speaking of pretty males, I have this picture, taken from Shiro's eGroup, of a Japanese Kinomoto Sakura, from Card Captor Sakura, cosplayer. How should I say this...he looks very pretty. Yes. A HE. He's very cute and pretty *_*

Hmm...I definately wanna cosplay this year...

NARUTO Episode 108

Hmm...I have no Fangirl Rantings on this episode, save for a few thoughts here and there, which I will keep to myself for the sake of keeping me and a few others from insanity. Either way, generally I have no complaints or praises to attach to this episode. Though the conversation between Jiraiya and Kakashi seems a bit strange, as it takes place right next to Naruto [deviation from manga], the producers made that up by leaving Sasuke out on the tree for the whole day, or, at least, until the dark settled. This episode strenghtened my love for Sasuke and Naruto...haha.

I just noticed how I decided to censor thoughts once I discovered that I have an audience. THE POWER OF CONFORMITY AND SOCIAL PRESSURES!

「何なら今から...アナタの一番大事な人下を殺してやろうか?」「マァ、そうしてもらっでもけっこだわなぁ...生憎、オレには、一人でもそんな奴はいないんだよ。モゥ、みんな殺されてる。」('Nani nara ima kara...anata no ichiban daijina ninge(?) wo koroshite yarou ka?''Maa, soushidemo rattemo(?) kekko da wa naa...Ainiku ore niwa, hitori mo sona yatsu wa inain da yo. Mou, minna korosareteru.')
'Then how about it? Should I kill the most important person to you right now?' 'Well, I won't mind if you do. Unfortunately, I no longer have anybody important to me...They've all been killed already.' - Uchiha, Sasuke & Hatake, Kakashi : NARUTO Episode 108 :: Ah, another famous kakashi quote, just as famous as 'I got lost on the road of life today'. Hrm, I skipped the second part of Sasuke's dialogue because an angry, growling Non-Tan [Sugiyama, Noriaki, the seiyuu of Sasuke] is too hard to decipher Japanese from ^^ Inoue, kazuhiko in Kakashi-talk is hard to figure out too—he mushes words up. When he said 'Ainiku' [unfortunately], I thought he said 'aifu' [between-season wear]...I would've never known why kakashi tied Sasuke to a tree then talked about autumn fashion if it weren't for Inane and ANBU-AnimeOne translations...LoL.

Csrjjsmp: Whoa. I don't even want to know how far into the gutter you are with that 'safe' comment. As for my illogical thinking, it has to do with some odd complex that I have, probably.

GreatGodIvan: 'it's.... "What's in a name?" (the name probably came from korea, and... well, you can logic through that)' <-- I don't get it at all...LoL on the 'lot' thing...Yeah! I have tons of parking lots! Yay! (ignore her)

Kittie: Yeah, whatever Csrjjsmp said...it's in Scraps. But shall we plan this meeting beforehand then?

What's Up?

I have been reviving my Deviant Art account by adding a lot, and I mean a lot, of favorites and watches today. Though it's only around three hours of DA-surfing, my list of Deviant Watches and favorites grew from a few to the long list I have now. I gawk and worship at the various artists.

Staring so much at pretty art makes my fingers itch to draw...

And having finished my Bio study guide on Friday [out of being forced to do so, not that such force is bad], I seem to think I have all the time in the world. Which reminds me...I still have so much stuff planned to accomplish, but all that I seem to do is deviate [pun semi-intended].

I think I'm still high from the epinephrine/adrenaline rush after playing Kind Lady Interlude mix [B!]...which enabled me to get an AA in BreakDown on standard! yay! Then I tried BreakDown in Heavy...it was hard, but very fun. Needless to say though, I died 1/3 way of the song. The Challenges in Max2 is fun—

I've also been listening to my long-abandoned songs in my HDD~ Having to relisten to Pokemon theme song, Yuzurenai Negai, Can't Help Falling in Love, Pale Ale, etc is great; I need the beats during the weekend ^^

That's it for now, I think—there will be more later as I will be watching NARUTO episode 108 now (heart) and I'll reply to my sudden explosion of comments! Yay!

Happy Pocky Day?

Hrm. IT seems like in Korea there's something called Pocky Day, which is something akin to Valentines Day, only more specific—Pocky (Pepero) is given instead of chocolate...And when I searched 'pocky day' on Google image, the 5th image listed are condoms. With SafeSearch on too... -_-;;

(Gasp) I have uploaded my first art onto my DeviantArt.com account! The art was so crappy that I don't mind uploading it. ^^;;

I have been...lazy with blogging.

05 November 2004

I did it!

After close to one-hundred hours of toiling and training, I've finally (sobs) finished Final Fantasy X. Yes, it took me 100 hours. What can I say? This is the first RPG game [or any game, for that matter] I've completed without loosing much interest~! I'm so sad now though ;_; And being the crazy child I am, I was screaming at the screen durning the last few battles. 'Kyaa—I'm so scared!' 'Nooo~ you caaaaan't!' '(sniff) Bye-bye...' All the while I tried to explain the story and battle system to my father, who suddenly started watching me play. And at the very end, I pointed at the TV and screamed, 'HEEEEEEEEY! WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAAAAAAAT?!'

Oh well, now I can start FFX-2 now!

Wow. What utterly disgusting sentences those are. o________O;

Anyhow, yay!

NARUTO Chapter 238 & My Prize From Siliconera.com

Yay! My Prize arrived today, and I didn't discover it until I went to pat my kitty. After five minutes of tearing at the very secure-ly sealed cardboard box and rumaging through packing peanuts, I'm glad to say I'm quite pleased with my prize. I got a navy Konoha Hitai-ate, one black Hitai-ate, four small figurines—Jiraiya, Sasuke, Naruto, and Kakashi—, and a set of Itachi jewelry (heart)

I played with the hitai-ate and wore the Itachi necklace thing while giggling and muttering, 'So silly. This is so silly. I am so silly.'

(squeals) <--(baka fangirl)

Er. Yeah.

NARUTO 238! How early!
Apparently Kishimoto-sensei decides to move the plot [and time] forward to three months later when everyone has healed and happy. Even Neji! Glad you can smile and get along with your Hinata-sama and Hiashi-sama now! Eww, Sasuke! You're wearing one of those Orochi-robes! Take it off! O____O;; And get your sickly thoughts away from Sasuke-kun, Orochi! (you mean yourself, PC) Lookie! Sakura took her hitai-ate off! Akamaru is so cute chasing a butterfly~ (fell completely into the reign of fangirlism. Resistance is futile.)

I find Kabuto's reaction to Sasuke's Chakra interesting. He seems surprised at the overwhelming hatred on Sasuke's part? Hmm...Interesting...Sakura can revive a dead fish now (LoL) Lee...erm, out-youth-ed his sensei, LoL. Interesting how Naruto, out of all the kage, including Sandaime, who he's the closest to, he reached to Yondaime, saying, 'look.' [erm, not quite exactly, but close enough o__O;;] Also, Kishimoto seems to have designed three, potentially four more Akatsuki members, in addition to the Fly-Trap Akatsuki member at the end of the Sasu-Naru fight. One of them talks funny...always using 'un' at the end of sentences...Lastly, the last page of 238 said 'First Part, End.' What does Kishimoto-sensei mean by that?!

No NARUTO next week. But there will be a Kakashi Gaiden the week after! Yay! ^^;; I wonder. About Kakashi's past, the reason he wears a mask, about Obito, he takes off his mask, or just his usual perverted life?

Yay—We've Got Our Tenth and FanimeCon Extended Deadline!

Last night Amy called with good news—the forty dollar deadline for FanimeCon2k5 will be extended to the end of November! That means we get another 3 meetings to prepare for it! (cheers) We could squeeze in a 4th meeting as an emergency, since Novemver 20th is a Tuesday, but it's better to give us officers a week to do paper...er, I mean, administration work.

At Lunch of this fateful day, the tenth, and hopefully not our final, member of our group is assembled! [I think?]

Let's see: the group contains 2 seniors [Jessica, Patrick], 3 Juniors [Me, Amy, Grant], and 5 Freshmen [Andrea, Brian, Keith, +2 friends] Yay!

Wh00T! I BS-ed my Ch 15-16 History Chapter Tests Essay!

Whee! No early starts this week!

I got enough sleep this weekend! [Kind of sort of pretty much not really but yeah]

I'll get around to it...someday...I remember starting it, but lost interest in it for reasons I cannot recall...Well, as for the pencil thing, good erasers unfortunately don't come on top of pencils. That Calamari guy: don't believe him...he's good as a writer, though childish. I began reading his writing with 'it's a thankless job'. so yeah...

NARUTO Chapter 237 & Eplsode 106

106 was is crap. In terms of plot, it is disgustingly cliche and childish. Sakura breaksthe fall with Chakra, then the rock she grips on breaks. Also, if she is strong enough to pull out a mast, shouldn't she be also strong enough to carry both her and Sasuke's weight? The fight scenes are vulgar and without style. The final attack of Naruto's Rasengan left me with a bad taste also. Aoi spun from the attack. Not punctured with a huge chakra hole/burn, but spun off into the whirlpool, screaming. It's pathetic.

I couldn't help but wince at the horrible animation. As a starter, the faces are demented—especially so in Naruto's profile and front. Face too wide, chin to pointy, eyes too small and far apart. The crowd are skimpily drawn. Oyabun (Boss) looked different with longer hair and unattentive eyes. I am sure that there's bad animation on Sakura's part too, but I can't pinpoint from memory. Also I doubt the usefulness of bandages on top of Sasuke's clothing will be of any help from him, especially when his worst injury is from electrical shock.

Ah, also bad perspectives makes Naruto look strange [i.e. when he's getting up]. Back to Oyabun at the end of the race, Oyabun and his subordinates are of a child's proportion! Hidious! And what's up with Idate confessing his guilt on the rope?!

(Not very happy with this arc, aren't we?) YAAAAAAAAAAAAY!! We get back to good plot and animation next week! Ooh, Sasuke in long pants and a shirt without a high collar... I made funny squeals ('ni, niiii~') when watching the preview~~

Moving on...

There you have it. Team Seven now walks the footsteps of the Sannin (slaps forehead). Kakashi talks to Obito once more. Who is Obito? Yondaime? An Uchiha? Three years, huh? I understand the condition of Orochimaru, but is Akatsuki only stalling for the convenience of Kishimoto-sensei (haha)? Um...so there'd mostly be training for at least the next couple of month, provided that Kishimoto-sensei covers all of Team Seven. Go Naru-chan! Learn more than the same attacks you always use!

That intrigues me. Naruto must know more than the few attacks he uses in the manga—even in the few hours of Narutimett, he knows of more attacks. I would really like to see more...(wants to see Iruka-sensei fight, but thinks he's only a playable in gamecube or whatnot...)

Hmm...

Yeah, I didn't watch 106 until today...busy...at least the filler is done...whee...

Oh, and Jai got Kiriban, again. 1111. I didn't belive it until I went myself and I was 1112. The Next may be 1234?

Angry.

This is the second bloody week in a row that my semi-new eraser just disappeared after Anime Club. Poof. Just like that. Last week I thought I lost it, but this time I think someone stole it. For the love of all things squishy, moderately sized, new, and well placed erasers just don't disappear for no reason! My pens, which were placed together with my eraser on my clipboard, didn't disappear. So why the eraser? And two weeks in a row? That eraser was barely used!!

Dammit. I'm tired.

csrjjsmp: I did warn of mild SasuNaru. But if you're really that bored, I recommand Geno Calamari. He writes quite well. Only 8 one-shots, but each one-shot is long and a few are connected. Also, try Naruto Primer [101 chapters total] by Link and Luigi; I've never read it [though had always mean to], but they get around 18 reviews per chapter—usually that is a sign of pretty good stuff. Oh, Don't forget their sequel.

My Response to Amy's Deadjournal:

Hey, if you're writing a complaint, I'll do it with you. I've never gotten a detention [so far], but I do think it's silly. Perhaps a complaint/reasoning will get the school administration to change their policies. I discussed this issue with my parents perhaps two weeks ago, and while they gave me alternative ideas to the policy they have now, they completely missed my point and started to lecture me on the order of things...-_-;;

The said journal entry reminded me that I should not hide my fallen grade in shame.

NARUTO Chapter 236

Yay! Three cheers for Sakura for deciding to be less useless! But Sakura's decision was expected—after all, Team 7 walks the step of the Sannins, whether Kishimoto meant it to be so or not. Which reminds me of the anime. In episode 103 or 102, Sakura ripped up the mast of the ship and swung it around—horribly similar to Tsunade. Gah! They're even starting to look similar!

Urm, Sakura hesitation to enter Naruto's hospital room is bothering me. But then again, Sakura's unforced smile in promise to bring back Sasuke together with Naruto probably makes up for it.

In 234, the word 「必死」(hisshi) was repeatedly used, and Inane translated it as 'inevitable death,' which makes complete sense in this chapter. Looking up the definition for this word, I realize that it's a mistranslation: Hisshi, while literally means 'inevitable death', means 'inevitable result' only in what I suspect as spoken language. Using this same definition in 236 makes much more sense.

ARGH! Tsunade and Sakura are looking too much alike! Though Kishimoto seems to draw female eyes the same, at least they look cute now~

csrjjsmp: It's not that Naruto's head is unnaturally large that bothers me, it's that his head-body proportion is freakishly large comparing to Idate. O____O;; How do I get my weekly NARUTO fix so early? I watch the raws, just to try to see if I can pick up the meaning of some Japanese...Ah, and I know they're out from checking NarutoFan.com

Yes, I know it's quite late, but it's the earliest at which I got my homework 'done'. To sleep. But one little thing first:

Despite me not liking the Bleach Opening by Orange Range much [by no means I dislike it as much as the current NARUTO ending], it's stuck in my heeeeaaad~ Argh! Darn seemingly off beat lyrics o____O;;

Ah. I just read an awesome SasuNaru fanfic. Spoilers, minimal implications, and it made me shed a tear...yay! Fade Away Forever by Sinful Serenity

A Few [Hopefully] Short Words About Various Things and NARUTO Episode 105

A few [hopefully] short words about various things.

1| Participated in the Maestro Project today after school and got a $25 gift card to Borders. That increased my Borders gift card allowance by 200%

2|I better contentrate today; I have many things due/to work on tomorrow, such as tests and projects.

3| The Anime-Heaven: NARUTO division has apparently splitted from A-H, and will be continuing their fast (?) subbing services under the name Dattebayo. Very cute name. I was going to use that as a NARUTO shrine...but oh well.. <_<;;>[Source: NarutoFan, AnimeSuki Forums]

4| NARUTO 105: Why are they still dragging the plot--?! I understand that the producers are trying to let the manga plot move a bit further ahead before following the original plot, but all those Idate flashbacks are starting to bother me. And the proportions of Idate and Naruto were horribly distored when Naruto carried Idate up the stairs of the Shrine. Naruto was generally larger than Idate in that scene, despite his child proportions. And Comparing that to Idate's teenage proportions yet seemingly same height with Naruto, both of them look like they have some sort of genetic disorder. I cringe at that sheer largeness of Naruto's head.

This is getting long.

Day Two

And you ask, where's Day One?
And I answer, It's right up where Day Zero is. <--(...)

It has only been two days, my room has already stopped smelling like me. In fact, only one day is needed for my room to take on the smell of my grandma and her oils.

Concentrating for anything seems especially hard with another presence in the room, even if such presence turned her back on me as she slept on. Being told to go to sleep at 23:00 and on, in addition to being repeatedly lectured on getting sleep, proved annoying in itself also.

Being monitered, being watched, being controlled.

I presume that feeling pushed my cousin to skip school and have 'study sessions' with whoever without noticing her family. Though I don't believe I would do such thing. Too attached to my computer, I am.

Do not mistake this as animosity (suprisingly this word came to mind before 'hatred' or 'enmity'...) towards my grandmother...I just feel disrupted at the sudden population explosion occuring at our household, which led to my annoyance towards more family members living in a set amount of living space. I need my personal space, dammit!

I fear...
an ant just dropped right on my table in front of me with a sharp tab. Is it going to be raining ants now? And what a frightening thought it is...(yura yura*)

Eep. I must do History and Bio and English and Update the Robotics website.

And I partially (?) resent the comment on your word choice of 'homoerotic fanfictions'...the majority of fanfictions don't make characters (only) screw around. Though some do make random pairings like TemariSasuke, SasuHina, KakaSasu (..!), NejiShika, etc.

17 October 2004

十月十七日、日曜日。雨。

雨が降れっているよ。It's raining.

—Not what I would describe as pouring, but close enough. My cousin happily romped around our pavement driveway, joyously laughing, overtaken by an unknown glee. I slid open the dirty window, feeling moisture-ridden air blowing across my face and through my stuffy room, smelling its distinctly fresh and clean smell. Music uncharacteristically blared from speakers, electronic guitars and vocals and drumsets and vocals and violins and Sanshin purposefully deafening all thoughts of worry. I screamed along with whatever lyrics I happened to remember as eyes stared out of the window, as all thinking shut down.

The computer's power suddenly stopped again, and I swore in a single syllable again.

I didn't need more problems than waking up with uninvited guests, despite being a family who lived next door, ravaging through food not prepared for them. Three walked in and started to eat food prepared for our family, then amonst them, my uncle beckoned another cousin to join them, all four unwillingly invited. A Serving for four won't serve eight. All the while I slept on, exhautsted from accumulated lack of sleep for the past four days, in addition to my tendency to refuse waking up to a large, chattering group. Unsuprisingly, our impudent and lazy relatives reduced my brunch ration to a small bowl of porridge and not enough leftovers. And to think that those relatives came to deprive our family of edibles only because their mother left for work before cooking their breakfast. Two are adults and another in April! Now, blaming the one in seventh grade will not do; despite already old enough to cook for herself, cooking for her aunt, older brother, and her father (because of the laziness of the said family) is unreasonable.

Thus, I woke to loud chattering and lack of food, both of which contributes to grouchiness. Add that to the mountain of pending homework, an arriving grandmother [thus I have to clean up my room], and a spilled water container under my desk. This healthy mixture of stress produces a running-away PcBY! Yay! (Incoherence of sentence due to L'arc~en~Ciel music)

Argh. Screw trying to write vividly. Yesterday was PSAT, which I will skip over, but afterwards Amy brought her DDR Max2 over, and we grooved a bit, then we went downtown for her hair dye, but ended up not buying the dye. She wants to dye her hair dark purple. Hmm...then we talked about what to do for the Anime Club. Ummm yeah. [Accoring to Strunk, wouldn't this be much more clear and to the point than writing vivdly? Also, according to Baker, wouldn't this paragraph have much more voice than all of the previous? =D]

I hate being low on estrogen, dammit. [Day 3]

雨が止まれた。The rain stopped.

NARUTO Chapter 235 & Episode 104

I am supposedly be working on either my vignette for English or my Open Project for Bio. But ever since I saw the raw NARUTO episode 104, I felt like I would burst if I don't rant about it...also because I have decided to use this as a warm up to my vignette.

There is a new opening and ending song in NARUTO, marking it the start of the fourth season. Honestly, just to get it out of the way, I don't like the ending. Even more so than Ryuusei. While 流星(Ryuusei) seems unfit to be in NARUTO, the new ending for NARUTO, "Mountain A Go Go Two" by Captin Stridum just came with bad visuals. The colors used are completely unplesant to the eyes, the whole thing is pretty much panning several unmoving cells in outline...well, I'm exagerating. I actually thought the colors and effects where pretty cool. It seems Bleach-ish though o___O;; But the one thing that bothers me the most are all those fully colored Naruto heads. The few seconds of Naruto heads zooming by seems like minutes, as I cringe and frown at each head. I despise those five seconds...! (eh, you'll get used to it...)

Think happy thoughts, think happy thoughts...

The producers of the new opening, "Seishun Kyousou Kyoku" By Sambo Master, has definately read chapter 234. It practically juts out to poke you in the head, screaming 234. 青春狂想曲(Seishun Kyousou Kyoku) literally means, "Crazy Youth Song", which I gaped at when I first noticed the title. It's another energetic song, but less hyper than Go!!! (I seem to be swallowing my own words a lot lately) I also love the opening itself. Oh the symbolism (and spoilers)! Kyaa~it's...it's...it's like...超サスナル (Chou* SasuNaru). But even the manga has been giving off such vibes lately, so it can't be helped (heart) <--(oi.) Ah, so the brief fight scenes are very nice. More action-ish (+), but less cute(-). I adore the part with Sasuke picking up the headband~~ Orochimaru swishing his hair is a bit disturbing though, isn't it? (Despite the fact that he already use female speech pattern?)

超サスナル。超、超サスナルだ!

[Please ignore the next paragraph...it's a rant of my fangirl from within.]

Honestly I'm a tad upset about the excessive NaruSaku in the filler episode, especially this episode. I know that Naruto's supposed to like Sakura, but it seems a bit forced. I honestly believe that they teamwork should be much better and that Sasuke is just plain cruel for leaving Sakura behind. As we know from the start of the Mist Country arc, Sasuke won't leave Sakura behind, as much as she hovers over Sasuke like a fly. But somehow, in my twisted logic of a fangirl, that just promotes SasuNaru more. Sasuke goes to rescue Naruto first, but leaves a fainted Sakura behind in the water? To me, that seems very forced. Sasuke just oozes trust and understanding of Naruto when he stops Sakura from interrupting Naruto chastising Idate. And do you see Sasuke's expression when Naruto ran on the water to save Sakura? It was jealousy, whether from Naruto being stronger and/or caring so much about Sakura. I think my mind is very much tainted by SasuNaru-ness...Yay! (?) Corruption!

Alright. Chapter 235.
Very cool, it was. This chapter concludes the mission, and various team members are being treated. A huge introduction to the medic-nins, I guess. Their methods are awsome too. Since the Sasuke-Naruto fight has been pretty much concluded [as Naruto will need a few day's bed rest at most], the focus shifts to the rest of the team. Hey, is that Neji with his hair cut short? =D So the women we were introduced earlier in the Inuzaka Clan is not Kiba's Mother, as I had first thought, but his Older sister. The last part of the chapter focused on Shikamaru. In nine pages, we got to know Shikamaru better than the Genius Slacker Kishimoto seems to have labeled him as. The pressure and responsibility that he had kept in check finally breaks upon him, revealing the inexperienced boy he is. Neither IQ or EQ matters. In fact, he has kept his worries well within himself, only to break upon Tsunade's words. His father and Temari were no use, dammit! Only Tsunade understood Shikamaru's pressure, and by contrasting that to his father's and Temari's harsh accusations, Kishimoto builds an even stronger Hokage image for Tsunade-Hime. (Temari~ Don't be so mean to Shika-kun! It's either you or Ino!!) <--(Just ignore PC.)

Ehh..it's now 11:32...dammit.

Excerpt...

She hated it with a passion. Hated that panic, that stress, with every nucletic acid that composed her whole being. The crack between tests, grown wider from resting days, exhausted her. Picking herself up from instinctive and mechanical brainworks proved itself to be utterly difficult, despite the popular belief that one should feel fully rested at the start of the week.

Thus, she learned to avoid the whole matter altogether.

At first, she only pretended to disregard; but without detection, her carelessness grew, until it finally overtook the master of its creation. It became a habit.

Oh how sweet oblivion could be.

But as all things that don't belong in the sky, one day they will fall, and nothing will save them from that harsh fall.

Oh how happy everyone was when she told a tale of an easy glide towards the blue, blue sky. Never did she mention that she never opened her wings to soar...

No, she did not lie about the ease in which she can glide in.

She merely fabricated and dwelled in her world for so long that she believed it to be true.

She had told herself countless times, "I'm just doing this because...", excusing herself from the guilt for not doing her best.

Sometimes, she wished she can just leave her world behind her.

Falling hurts. Her body impacted upon the ground, straining every nerve with guilt, shattering her daydreams....

A Minimum Day, Today Is.

Currently trying to download Sims 2.

Minimum day today.

Found out I won four Naruto Gashapon figures and two Headband candy toys from a Narutimett Hero 2 trivia thing this morning. Yay. I rarely win anything at all, but yay! (Hopes she gets the Tekkou* in one of the candy toys for her costume~~) I least hope for the headbands that are not black. =\ Too bad they're randomly shipped...I'd love to choose mine...As for the Gashapon figures, I don't mind any; I just don't want doubles.

I stayed a short while after school to finish designing our robot.

Walked home. The weather, I suspect often, has bi-polar disorder. But more likely because it was 13:30, the scorching sun was terribly uncomfortable.

I think I will go play a bit of FFX before I start homework.

Q: Where do the characters go when I use my backspace or delete them on my PC?
A: The characters can go to different places depending on whom you ask:
» The Catholic's approach to characters: The nice characters go to Heaven, where they are bathed in the light of happiness. The naughty characters are punished for their sins. Naughty characters are those incloved in the creation of naughty words, such as "breast", "sex", and "contraception."

» The Buddhist explanation: If a character has lived rightly, and its karma is goood, then after it has been deleted it will be reincarnated as a different, higher characted. Those funny charactes above the numbers on your keyboard will become numbers, numbers will become letters, and lower-case letters will become upper case.

» The 20th-century bitter cynical nihilist explanation: Who cares? It doesn't really matter if they're on the page, deleted, undelleted, underlined, etc. It's all the same.

» The Mac user's explanation: all the charactesr written on a PC and thin deleted go straight to PC hell. If you're using a PC you can probably see the deleted characters abecause you're in PC hell also.

» Stephen King's explanation: every time you hit the [del] key you unleash a tiny monster inseide the cursor, who tears the poor, unspecting characters to shreds, drinks their blood, then ears them, bones and all. Hah, Hah, Hah!

» Dave Barry's explaination: the deleted characters are shipped to Balled Creal, Mich., where they're makde into Pop-Tart filling; this explains why Pop-Tarts are so flammable, while chrap imitations are not flammable. I'm not making this up.

» IBM's explanation: They characters are not real. The exist only on the screen when they are needed, as conceptes, so to deleted them is merely to de-conceptualize them. Get a life.

» PETA's (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) explanation: You've been DELETING them? Can't you hear them SCREAMING?? Why don't you go CLUB some BABY SEALS while wearing a MINK, you PIG!!

This is riddled with error, as I typed this in 12 minutes will all my vigor. But then again, so was the original..[OOOH, look at all those grammatical errors that I fixed....]

10 October 2004

It's Sunday. Look. It's Naruto's Birthday.

I dunno. I guess I can say I feel a bit lost? This post only exists for the sake of...existing, I guess.

To Great Mall I went yesterday. I got to play what I believe was DDR Extreme, yay! Only regret was me wearing boots instead of something a bit more dancable in. I found a Matrix trenchcoat—orange style! Pictures later. <--(and when is that, PC?)

Friday Byakko caught his first mouse~yay! [A real one at that] Too bad he let it go =_=;; and was whining for it to come back to play with him....! o_O;;

Um. I should go do homework. I do want to play DDR.

Today happens to be the Tenth of October, the day Kyuubi no Kitsune was sealed inside the newly born Uzumaki Naruto! XD Happy Birthday, Naru-chan! I hopefully I'll draw some B-day pict for Naru-chan within the next week, perhaps?

Speaking of birthdays...(Gasp!) I realized that Arnie's birthday was last month's 7th on the 6th of this month! That completely escaped my mind, it did...

Let's see...Open Project due Friday, Newspaper deadline Thursday, and History ch12 quiz tomorrow! Kuso~!

Quote to be added L8er...

Music: Nobody's Listening - Linkin Park
:: (sweat) I downloaded a big album of Linkin Park around a week ago for no apparent reason [I am not updated on popular music...] and finally got a chance to listen to it..This song has Japanese flute in the background! With rap, yes, but flute! YaY!

NARUTO Chapter 234 & YAOI FanGirls

Yaay, another issue of NARUTO earlier than usual...a very awsome chapter at that. Not nearly as BL FanGirl-y, but very shoujo-/doujinshi- styled, with all that symbolism. I'm getting more convinced by the issue that Kishimoto-sensei is a closet doujinshi-ka! Especially with all that light and dark thing >___X;; And yet again, I understood 90% of the chapter in Japanese! I am so Cool! [oi, oi...what's with that sudden egotism?] But what's with that Fly-Trapper-Akatsuki?! o___O;; I like Itachi and Kisame better, I think...[hey there's nothing wrong with Kisame except he looks like a cross breed between a human and a sharK! Kisame is silly!]

On a slightly related note, Sasuke's expression in 234 ignited a discussion regarding the sexiness of 'dead-fish-eyes' in Shiro's eGroups.

That's right, I have not much(?) homework tonight...[isn't that slightly misleading since you have plenty of projects, readings, and labs to do, PC?] Yaay. I even went to Robotics today..which reminds me of the member list updating and layouting I promised to do...damn. Speaking of websites, I still have to work on the main image for Sancta [I'm sorry! Don't throw eggplants at me!]

Do I feel a need to rant excessively every time I blog? Seems like so. Anyhow, in giving up drawing this week's planned pair of NARUTO characters, Genma and Hayate, I drew Naruto and Sasuke, basing their design on a fanfic called Spiral Falling by BeccaAmon, which is basically them in the tie, white shirt, and dark pants of a school uniform [plus glasses on Sasuke's part]. Meh, yes, I will admit that I'm a BL FanGirl, but not as crazed as the YAOI FanGirls of our anime club!

Yes, we have YAOI FanGirls in our anime club! I'm hoping that their 'YAOI' takes the 'Americanized' definition of 'any homosexual relationships between guys [BL, shounen-ai, etc]' and not the original definition of YAOI: no plot, no charaterization hard core sex of guys. >___O;;

Ki-tan [Kit-chan/Kitsune] had said, after that particular section of our club screamed, 'we want yaoi' when I tried to introduce them to Bleach and Yakitate! Japan, they are scary in that they are forceful...Not to mention their speech patterns? Then we went on a short discussion on the effects of just the speech pattern, but that's really irrelevant.

Which just newly inspired me to say another thing about me in My Window that I will be presenting in perhaps a month or more: My speech patterns of 1) in mostly two parts and 2) is often interrupted by my own thinking represents the fact that I see things as related, whether being cause/effect, contrast, etc. and that I learned to relate one thing to another to another until the last thought I have [before I stop myself] has nothing to do with the first.

That big, long sentence doesn't really quite make sense...

Oh well.

Larry: You're right, it doesn't, but what can any of us say; the seasons are sepearated by episode numbers, not plot. Did George say something about such stuff? I wouldn't know. They're just things that come to mind as I type...just so happens that my plant [which I didn't repot anyways] is right in front of me and CAL games is not. Happy? That's just me getting somewhat enough sleep after being deprived of it...I'd call me being high, even. It's like a drug...(drools)

01 October 2004

Yay! It's Naruto 233! And the Kiriban 1000!

After the recent release from the internet ban, I immediately went hunting for the NARUTO chapter 233 raw. The JoJoHot version, the raw that narutofan.com provides, is indesirable for its advertising/credits on the side, often blocking conversations. A minimal amount of rummaging at NARUTO fansites from memory brought me to narutoex.com, which has great scans of the shounen Jump.

Ch 233: OH THE HINTS RABID SASUNARU FANGIRLS CAN WORK OFF OF! The end to Sasuke and Naruto's fight was very well done, and it probably make many happy. Gasp! At the symbolism of Naruto's attack! Squee-- There wasn't much dialogue, but I liked it. Another proof that supports the thesis, 'Kishimoto-sensei is a closet doujinshi-ka!' (waves little SasuNaru flags) eh...the discussion at Shirohane eGroups was amusing. All the Sakura-bashing is going a bit overboard though? Yes, Sakura is quite useless, she hadn't happeared for quite some time, and she is quite annoying with her Sasuke-hailing, but she's really not that bad...Maybe I should resume checking downloadanime.org forums for their opinions...

Ep 103: LoL. Ibiki's little bro. LoL. No anime fix next week, for they must prepare for the 4th season and a new opening.

CONGRATULATIONS JIN for getting 1000 on my kiriban! (Yay!) He requested 6 things, of which includes a photo of me [eep!], a picture, and a hug. Erm, yeah. Am I just making trouble for myself to put a kiriban up? But then again, I think getting 1000 hits on a blog is pretty impressive...at least to me.

Another thing, as Kit-chan brought up the topic of my Angst Poem, the 'Fifty Word Rant': I find it amusing that I have such an interesting vocabulary when I'm angsting. Hey, another point for my window.

AH! MORE THINGS TO DO!

'Nature says: He is my creature, and maugre all his impertinent griefs, he shall be glad with me. Not the sun or the summer alone, but every hour and season yields its tribute of delight; for every hour and change corresponds to and authorizes a different state of mind, from breathless noon to grimmest midnight.' - excerpt from Nature by Ralph Waldo Emerson :: Emmerson is a cool guy. I know; I did a project on the Transcendentalists three years ago. (gasp) It's not an anime quote!

Music: Shimauta - The Boom ::The song the Jap 7-10H class will be singing for the next month. At least it's a very good song, and not kiddy song nor bad-lyric love song. I like the Cantonese version I have too!

Recollection of the Past Few Days

Erm...Wow. That thing that I vomited out is pretty ugly and ansty, isn't it? Anyways, to give a backgound as a reference for my future self, as well as to anyone who cares (which can be counted with one hand, probably), I broke, again, from my workload from procasination and refusual to devote my YOUTH! to homework, and the history essay due the next day wasn't exactly helping...I ended up getting 45 minutes of sleep and half a page short of the requiremented 2.5.

I skipped robotics for the whole week and got naps after school, and was banned from the internet for 2 days...Tomorrow is the CAL games, isn't it? Maybe I should've gone to yesterday's meeting afterall. But then again, I really did need my 3-hour nap ><;;

Yay! I think I did well on both the English and History tests! Vocab is somehow many times easier to memorize now—the credit of flashcards or the memory-improving stuff I've been eating? Father says both.

I really should pay more attention to my Calculus class, in any case. By my twisted logic that I am good at math, I have been pushing the study of the said subject to last, skipping its homework and dozing off in class. The period before lunch, when blood sugar is at its lowest, does that. Result: two Cs in the past two tests. Perhaps I really should focus less on English? History is out of the question, since I already rely on taking full advantage of having 6th period History and cram this subject in all my preceeding classes.

I was semi-productive today, getting half of the Bio study guide done! Erm, I plan to finish all homework on my homework log, by not procasinating and finish work early!

Er, Thursday, or was it Wednesday, that Yumeo presented his window. I'll comment that it was interesting, but its actual events are for our class' memories and anyone who manages to hack into my blog only.

I was "...REQUIERED TO RETAKE [MY] PHOTO ID! THIS IS A SCHOOL POLICY!"

MUST DOs [in the order they come to mind]:
»do homework
»re-pot my plant
»burn stuff off my comp [anime, manga...]
»organize my comp [stuff are everywhere!]
»Open Project [Bio]
»CAL games
»Throw up some ART website designs and do photoshop layouting for them [in other words, just layouting...not actual coding]

Um. I think that's it for the mundane stuff. A seperate entry will be created for...more interesting things.

Larry: It's not the evilness of anime...it's just me. And for random blogs, go to blogger.com, scroll down a bit. On the right side should be a list of blogs recently published and blogs noticed lately. Usually they have a bar to go to random blogs [I covered mine] (sighs) as I've said, you're just smart.
Kit-chan: As I've told you, I can't look at your journal entries...

Scared...and Scarred.

I was randomly blog-surfing (Bad Bernice! Sit! Stay!) and came across a blog whose posts are repeated in groups of three...and they are all advertisements for a penis extender...then the next is one blog by the name of jackpeterson4402, who has an unhealthy obsession with Grannys. What happened to the blogs of poets and writers that I saw when I just began to surg blogs? It is a sign for me to stop blog-surfing?

(GASP!) I want to go to the NARUTO Matsuri! (NARUTO festival)

Oh, I have more to rant...I just need to do homework...really. [And I found out who got 1000, yay! Remind me to say something about that, ya?

I want to put a quote here...but that'd take time...

Larry: You're really bored, aren't you...[more later]

232, Jesus, and Sin

I meant to post last night...I mean this morning, but I was too tired. Anyways, I would like to start with commenting about Sasuke's Wing-Limb thingys on his level two drugs Curse Seal. They look like evil versions of duck legs...on his back, to boot. Then his lipstick...

Last night I watched Passion of the Christ. Yes, it was sickening, as I did have to wince. But it's not the blood and gore that made me narrow my eyes in disgust. It was the laughing soldiers, taking joy in beating another human being; it was the mob, choosing a renouned murderer over a leader of a growing crowd. Speaking Aramaic and Latin throughout the flim was great, James Caviezel [Jesus]'s light brown contacts made his eyes almost red, Lucas Lionello [Judas] is the choice dubber for Tom Cruise and Michael J. Fox, and the soundtrack is awsome. Um, yeah, I speak from a non-religious, not-bible-knowing point of view =_=;;

I thought I was going to finishing FFX agaiN! Yet I did not. Yesterday I spent around seven hours on it...I'll probably go on treasure-hunting next week, then level up a bit =)

Shiro has been mistaken for a girl. How cute.

HOMEWORK, OPEN PROJECT, DARTNELL/UNDERWOOD, PSAT MONEY, DAMMIT!

I will rant about my cousins when I come back.

Music: The Passion of The Christ soundtrack teasers [marwgh! must go find the whole thing!]

Anonymous-san 1: Yes, I know it's you. But just who ARE you?
Anonymous-san 2: Oh. Sorry for leaning towards the dark side for the past few entries.

(a night during the build period of robotics, student parking lot)
Adriana: Bernice, come to the light! (beckons PcBY to join Al and her under the dim, yellow light of a ligh tpole.)
PcBY: No! Who needs light when there's darkness?!

25 September 2004

Decieved!

It was wishful thinking on my part to believe that I got to the end of FFX that kept me up to this ungodly hour. It turns out that there's much more to go. But at the same time, I love the story even more. Wow! my Rikku can attack with 2000+ damage [to Besaid creatures that gives 6 exp points rather than 9000 that I've been fighting]!

R-Ants: Miniscule, Profuse, Biting, Itching, Just Wanting to be Noticed.

Last night a black cat passed by our back door and was intrigued by our cat's attempt to chase him off his territory by speaking human, so it perched right outside of the back door, in Byakko's face and much to my hormone-overflowing cat's enmity.

NARUTO Chapter 232 was...like 231, but a tad more interesting, seeing their 'signature' attacks [which are not their invention] deviating. I still think Naruto's tail and ears are cool *_* Episode 102 had deformed faces—clearly something not based on Kishimoto-sensei's sketches. It was very obvious that it's a filler and undoubtedly implausible [either that or Tsunade's crazy]. Sasuke showing off his skills was funny, but strange that he went shopping with Sakura.

D-ko [COMICS?231] updated with a chapter 231 parody; I laughed myself silly:
Sasuke: (2nd Stage?)...But I am more special than you...
Naruto: (Kyuubi-Naru Stage) You*..
Naruto: (with very cute chakra ears) You cross-dresser**! That hair! Those lips!
Sasuke: Who did you say, you rascal!? [perhaps 'bastard' would be more appropriate?] (turns around and looks at a hand mirror) Hmm?
Sasuke: (Drops mirror, stares at reflection in horror) What is thaaat...I have Lipstick...Ah, but the Sharingan number is a weak point [I have no idea what she meant by that...]
Naruto: Sasuke!! Make-up remover! Make-up Remover! Drive out the Cross-dresser!
(Orochimaru's Den, somewhere else)
Orochi: His curse seal is specially made, unlike all others~ fufu-n <3 Kabuto, tea.
Kabuto: There is a quick-make-up function included. And cannot be taken out [I think?] Yes sir.

When my grandfather died, I cried for half an hour. The last half, I remembered, was forced, not because I was 'sad', but it felt like I should cry more. I didn't even know why I cried. I didn't feel sad. I love him. I cried, partly, because I thought that was what I'm suppposed to do. Partly. Especially the last fifteen minutes.

Father is especially irratible today. Probably from my lack of sleep but still went to robotics and breaking the plastic lid for one of the containers. The latter is not my fault, because it's plastic, dammit, and plastics do loose their flexibility!

I am having trouble writing the outline for my essay.

Mother gave me an art book of various artists, painters and photographers alike.

Talk to Dartnell and Underwood about Aragon Robotics website.

I am tired.

38/41 in History and 24/31 in Bio. Probably a 10 in Bio Free Response though.

In my STAR tests, I'm 'advanced' in English, Physics, and History but not Summative Hich School Mathematics. Ha. My highest score is in English, of 441. How Ironic [situational irony]. Apparently I suck in Physics' 'investigation and experimentation' and History's 'causes and effects of the Second World War'. My Algebra 1, Geometry, and Prob/Stats were average. Wow. My score is higher in all catagories for English. The world as I know is gone. Doomsday!!

This week's Asuma & Kurenai I'm pretty satisfied at. Next week will either be Jiraiya/Tsunade or Genma/Hayate. Then I think I should do Sakura/Lee again.

Ms. Ward's aunt or something is on Survivor, I think. She was trying to get Mr. Faustine to watch it, who said something along the lines of being immoral, teaches teenagers to backstab, and always having some women with their boobs hanging out. He commented that watching re-runs of West Wing is much better.

Dammit. The ART website is in serious need of updating.

I will worship anyone who can do things I can't, do things I have wanted to do, and do things much better than I.

um. Should get back to working. it's 23:06.

22 September 2004

Yo. What's Up.

Err, more like 'what's up with me', but anyways >_>;;

Yesterday:
Robo-Tics—The long uncared for code! Apparently only I am what's left of last year's programming team, and I need to make sure we had our latest code from last year—which we didn't. It was in Garrix's notebook and he says the notebook doesn't work...So either we have to trial-and-error our autonomous code over, or risk wrecking his notebook to retreive the data—something Mr. Underwood can do (proposed by Mr. Faustine).
Um, also had to design some horizontal hook thing. Ah, come to thing of it, an idea that wasn't ripped from last year's robot just smacked me in the head, screaming something about PcBY's mundane-ness. Better draw it before I loose track of...now where did that wretched thing go?

Argh, I still need to talk to Ms. Dartnell.

Afterwards—After staying another half hour or so looking over the practice test with Al and speaking to Ms. Ward about my Open Assignment, which is now classifying the unknown plant in my backyard that we eat from, the plan was to finish all other homework quickly and start studying.

Obviously and inevitably, the girl didn't get past her plan to 'finish homework' after completing the last three questions for Japanese. The short haired began reading fanfics [some very good ones at that], occationally turning some much-needed attention towards her English homework—The T.S. Elliot Introduction to The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn—which she failed to finish anyway. At 00:30 this morning, her hair washed but not completely dried, she climbded upon her bed, shook out her blankets [which badly needed to be fluffed out, as she found out with a rather horribly restless night of sleep the night before], and, contrary to getting the sleep that her body had been begging for [her excuse for not being able to concentrate and accomplish the necessary], she began to read a non-fiction of ghost stories. Until 01:00am. Though she woke up with her usual fluffy and disoriented hair, in addition to less sleep than she needed to survive the day without feeling drowsy, she was pleased that she shook out her blankets that night—it was an uninterrupted, dreamless, warm night.

Ookay. That was strange. I suddenly decided I would write in thrid person...it must be the fanfictions finally getting into my brain and poisoning me.

Anyhow, despite today being a late-start day, I went to school at my normal time and went to the Bio room to cram for the Bio test. I didn't go check my score at brunch, but I'm sure the test score isn't all that bad. The rest of the school day was spent half-listening to various teachers and half cramming for the History test, which I have in 6th period. Skipped Recycling Club for Starving Artists' Support Group at lunch, crammed while Lauren A. talked, and didn't eat lunch. Crammed during Japanese project presentations, I did also.

The test didn't turn out all that bad, afterall. Many questions on the test he practically discussed with us in yesterday's review.

I must have problems with typing small entries...this is getting long.

Oh, another thing: Inoue, Kazukiho [voice of Kakashi//NARUTO, Eiri//Gravitation, etc] is wacky...sorta like the Kakashi, Perverted version. And...it's a bad combination to put Takeuchi Junko [Naruto] with Paku Romi [Temari, Edward Elric] in the same broadcasting room, in the same show. Think. They have the same kind of gaki, noisy voice, and both of their personalities are not what I'd call soft and quiet. On another note, Morikubo, shotarou [Shikamaru//NARUTO, Genji//Get Backers] is an AWSOME guitarist. It seems he belongs to a band that only produced three songs so far o_O; and he's a singer himself, I think. [well, he goes on tours and has a fan website ><;;] Hey, Look! He's also Shuuichi in the HanaKimi Drama CD!

I feel like I have more to say, but it's probably just whining about how I'm really trying to get Sancta picture done, as well as think of a new layout for Aragon Robotics. [talk to Dartnell and find out how to get into the .org account of Aragon to change redirect link.]

Anonymous-san: Sigh, there we go again. So who is it that said they'd get 1000?
[/Kitsune]: Good luck~ But then again, I still owe you a kiriban**...

*Ouenka & Oh! Enka!: Ouenka is a type of 'encouragement song', and 'enka' is the new style of jap pop, or something of the sort. Anyways, Jun-chan wanted to make a song for her radio show and asks the guests to contribute lyrics. They all come up with strange ones, and when 'kakashi' poked fun at the fact that it doesn't seem like an Ouenka, then name got stuck as Oh! Enka!

**Kiriban: This is what I've been calling 'Lucky Hit', so it's more English-person friendly?

19 September 2004

I found bugs—lots of them!

In my sad attempt to do homework, which I did fail to do, I decided to go check deadjournals, livejounals, and xangas. But I couldn't get to anyone's Xanga, save for ChrisY's. Xanga kept saying I found errors, which they called bugs =D

My cat has never loved me so much. Earlier we were preparing for Byakko's weekly bath, and I held the cat. As I walked into the bathroom, Byakko first stuck to me, and upon realizing that I will move if he doesn't, Byakko put his paws around me and wouldn't let go. As soon as I released my shirt from the cluches of a clawed paw and tried saving the other part of my shirt, the former paw would snap back onto its original place on my shirt like motor molecules. Even more desparately, he tried sinking into me and pressed his neck under mine, like a child about to get a shot. ['Yada*! I love you very very much! Don't make me goooooo! >w<'] My kitty's adorable *_* (about to make a comment on Sasuke, but stops herself in time)

On another note, an interesting paragraph was posted in the Shirohane Yahoo!Groups: "The same is true of another feature of anime that regularly puzzles Americans. That is the large number of effeminate male warriors. This, too, comes from the samurai tradition. The samurai, like the ancient Greeks, regarded same-sex relationships between men as a vital part of warrior training. In particular, relationships between an older samurai and the boy he was training were common. Actually, the ideal samurai stopped short of sleeping with his young ward. He loved from a distance, hopelessly, resolutely, and loyally. Samurai literature is filled with references to beautiful young men who were also fine swordsmen and fearless warriors. The Kabuki theater catered to Samurai patrons by bringing such youths to the stage. Later, the all-female Takarazuka theater added to the tradition by having such roles played by women." Ah, yes, I also somewhat attempted to fix the menu on your left. It still doesn't work. But, I did change the splash for Sancta. Last night and today I managed to clean up more lines on the pending layout picture, but it still has a long way to go.

Um, I also found a new picture-hosting site, and I will put my 89 [yes, I took yet another one] screenshots of NARUTO101 up...Some, I hope, will be used to make .gif Icons. That is, if I can find good gif-making programs... =/

I no longer worship anime/manga translators like I used to. NARUTO 101, subbed by ANBU, especially disapointed me; I had been distrustful of the A-H speedsubs before, but ANBU's mistranslation really saddened men. Now I shall wait for the AonE version. Also, it seems as if Inane has been mistranslating also, as informed through the Shirohane yahoo!groups. A completely, if not opposite, meaning too. Good thing I've been downloading the Japanese version too.

ARGH! STILL NEED TO TALK TO MS.WARD AND MS.DARTNELL!

I ranted. Again.

17 September 2004

Warning: NARUTO Rant, Animal Abuse, and Homocide Ahead.

Usual students would normally enjoy a night of little homework assignments by utilizing those few blissful hours for sleep, entertainment, or whatnot after finishing their homework. Yesterday was such a chance. I was given the chance of a breath from my perpetual swim in assignments and projects. What did I use it on? Taking screenshots of Naruto episode 101, entitled 「見たい、知りたい、確かめたい!カカシ先生の素顔!」(I want to see, I want to know, I want to confirm! Kakashi-sensei's true face!).

This episode is quite silly, expanding from only three pages of manga to a twenty-three minute episode. The best part, though, is the frightfully out-of-character Sasuke. The guiltily positively beaming, animatedly sighing, curiously peering, contentedly tea-sipping Sasuke is just a sight to behold. If you ask me, I would say Sasuke gave Team Seven's mission to 'uncover Kakashi's face' away. Anyone, and I mean anyone, would just know something is wrong when Sasuke smiles cheerfully, whether the problem be a Sasuke who was abducted by aliens with purple eyeshadow, whether it be a Sasuke who got electrocuted in the head, or whether it be a Sasuke who is cooperating with Naruto on a prank. Greatly entertaining, it was.

It went all well until the second half, when the Moya* brothers make their appearance. Then it just felt like Metabots. Still, moments like Sasuke and Naruto in the hotspring, Kakashi's 'get-up' in the hotspring, and Kakashi pulling down his mask are cherishable. As long as squrriels cherish their nuts anyways.

Thus, the end of my excuse for taking 1.5 hours to watch this episode. [Besides going screenshot-abusive and took 88 screenshots of NARUTO101...]

Ah, NARUTO Chapter 231. Two things:
1| Sasuke looks poorly designed in his final curse seal stage. Kimi-zilla looks much better.
2| NARUTO is beginning to feel like DBZ with those constant power-ups.
3| Naruto looks much cooler in his Kyuubi-hybrid form.
4| I KNOW HOW TO COUNT! It's two! One..two...th...oh.

Ah, and it looks like the anime is really trying to stall and let the manga stay ahead. REAL fillers for the new two weeks...(sigh)

Now if only I can remember what 'Animal Abuse' was for...Ah Ah! Today I will provide another animal video. This time is a commercial, I believe. http://yll.loxa.edu.tw/avi/a/02100219560359.avi

Eh, and I was playing Halo after school...X____O;; I was killed many times, without shooting much...at least I managed to kill Ryan once... =_=;;

'Naruto...you're special...but I'm special-er than you!!' - Uchiha Sasuke, curse seal final stage : NARUTO Ch 231 :: no, it wasn't that silly, and no, I didn't read it after I saw NARUTO 101, but that's what it felt like when I read it [in Japanese anyways]. Eh, I hoped to put up some Mark Twain [such a cool name] quotes, but Sasuke just seemed to have struck the silly side this week, eh?

Anonymous-san: No, I was more like frustrated, and the 'getting angry means they win' doesn't really apply to that anyways. I mean, as far as I know, the Youngs still doesn't know the text messages are being sent to me [apparently they think discontinuing the phone service doesn't mean also cutting off the text message service], and you have no idea how disturbing it is to know that the daughter STILL has not come back or can be contacted, to date.

[/Kitsune]: Look! It's the WEEKENDS! I have so much to do/want to dooooo! XD Narutimett!!

Weary.

More than I would like to admit, these numerous, stressing things that kept happening is making me weary. More tired than usual and making me quite stressed. The cell phone incident did not help, the lack of responsibility on the supposed more wise adults did not help, waiting for a AT&T staff to talk to for over an hour did not help, and certainly, arguing with my father about twisted logic and personal rights did not help. No, I confess that I lost my temper in the first argument, for I was just plain stubborn. But the second and third, where his views on the wickedness of human and incomplete logic and lack of consideration for the privacy for the other family just went over the top. And he was just saying humans don't like their ugliness to be seen!

It took at least ten minutes of raised voice, in attempt to knock some of my viewpoints in, before I left for my room in irritation over my father's over-protectiveness over 'customer rights'. Soon after he came in and sought out logic...I was annoyed to no end. Anyhow, he finally believed that the family had nothing to with the possible tapped lines. It was probably because he didn't listen to the worrying tone of the mother, nor did he realize that...bloody hell, there are many families like such [hey look, there's one close relative that lives right next to us that is around, though not as bad, as the situation of that particular unknown family I've been getting calls from!], and they, while are not as 'well brought up', are not completely dirt, as my father so kindly implied.

The Impossible Happened. [ready for some AT&T bashing?]

Note to self: rant about the incompetance of two Aragon HS staff after, because there is a very small connection to the incompetance of AT&T.

The JACKIE Incident
While watching Farenheit 911, I recieved a call around 22:15-22:30, whose female caller asked for a certain Jackie. Since I only know of one Jackie, who I do not know enough of to be asked for, I informed her that she got the wrong number. I had recognized her voice; she had called a bit earlier in the day. After a few times of double-checking my phone number, including the area code, the women, in turn, told me to tell 'Jackie' that Jackie is supposed to be at home at ten, also that the women apologizes if she truely got the wrong number.

At 22:36, she called again, trying to, once again, confirm the number which she dialed, then exchanged information, such as how her daughter got the phone a few days ago, how she had mangaged to contact her daughter using 'our' cell number before, how she called AT&T and was told the possiblity of two cells using the same number is impossible, locations, names, and confirmed that I'm not just one of 'Jackie's' friends 'playing a cruel joke' on her mother. In listening to my conversation with this women, or Mrs. Young, my father asked me to not give out much of my personal information, for it could be someone hacking into our phonelines.

Two other times she called, once talking to who I assume as Jackie's father ['we could not contact our daughter, and here's a girl of our daughter's age answering...'], and the second time asking for my parents. It was around 23:00 by then. My father and I conducted two experiments in between, using his cell to call mine, seeing if he can reach Jackie's cell, but they were in vain. After the fourth call of the night from the Young household, my father experimented with the last possibility—turning my cell phone off while he calls my number. Bingo.

On the other end of the line was not my voice message, but one belonging to none other than the adolescence[?] in question: Jackie. And yes, she does sound around my age. Apparently she had her phone off. After leaving a voice message to her and changing my 'standard' voice messages to ones that contain my name so her parents may reach her with me cell off, I decidedly felt that I am obgligated to tell her worried parents about the discovery on our side. It was one hour and fifteen miniutes after the time of their daughter's supposed curfew time.

Here pretty much concludes the whole incident, though I will need to complain to AT&T about their incompetance: not only did they created more confusion than necessary to worried parents, such mistake also costed us, the 'valued customers', precious time and attention.

Now, please direct your attention to the incompetance of two of Aragon's staff. It's only the second one that have a slight connection to the incident above, so sit tight.

Mister Doug Smith, manager of the Aragon website
Now that I've ranted about this to at least 4 person already, I don't quite want to rant no more. But here's a brief word/sencence or two [or three] about Mr. Smith's...inability to keep up promises and conversation that happened only 5 minutes ago. He had promised me to sent the ART website files to me. He said he was waiting for Arnauld to check if he has all the files. Arnauld told me that Mr. Smith will sent the files. I really don't know who's the one missing the conclusion. Honestly, sending the website files and wait for him upload them is one of the slowest means of updating a website. I understand that there are plenty of people who itches to screw the school server over, not to mention to put vulgar content on the website, thus the reason for this extra step, but to have someone as...unpromising as him to go through is really only the start of a trail of pain. In where, I'm sure everybody have their own ideas. It's very unproductive to update through another because of human lag time, and with the need to be able to update quite frequently [as I want more website usage, and not the 'sit-stay-gather dust' website it is now], going through Smith is a really bad idea. Perphaps I should go hunt down Ms. Dartnell instead and work through her. Or, we can move to a paid server, which really can't cost much, comparing to our other expenses. Dammit, I must remember to ask Patrick and Arnauld for their level of web-coding abilities!

Kuso*, I ranted anyways. On to the next issue. I have a feeling that this should be in two or three entries, instead of the crammed one it is now.

The Announcement Lady
Simply put, I turned in two announcements, one for Go club and another for anime club. The Go club one should appear Friday and Monday, with meetings on Monday lunches. The Anime club's announcement should appear on Monday and Tuesday, with meetings on Tuesdays at lunch. Well, apparently the announcement lady, Ms. Curry or something, thought I wrote the dates for the Anime Club wrong [for they say the announcements should be turned in the day before, before 10:15 to be printed, but also have a space for when the announcements appear] and took the liberty to change the anime club meetings to Mondays, its announcement appearing on Friday. Chikusou**! Now I have to rush the announcement for Anime Club for TUESDAY to explain how the previous one was wrong [not my fault, no less], all on Monday morning.

Ugh, small mistakes from one not paying attention costs others so much more time!! These people deserves to be kicked, tied up side down by their toes, then poked repeatedly with a pointy stick [cactus, perhaps?]!!

Oh, NARUTO 230 wasn't quite so as quote-able as the others, nor where there much impact, and I have not seen NARUTO ep 100 yet. No NARUTO rant yet.

I started cleaning up my room, so as usual, the floor and desk contains more entropy than before, while most work was put into the now very clean and organized bookshelves [except bottom shelf of one of my shelves—it never seemed to have the potential to achieve orderliness, it being the 'oversize' section of my bookshelves.]

'AP Bio ruins your social life, and I love it!' - Ward, Katie : AP Biology teacher in AHS

*Kuso: shit in Japanese, quite literally, and used the same way =D

**Chikusou: Literally meaning beast or animal [in negative context], it is used as 'damn'. I was going to use
Shimatta, which means dammit!, but chikusou sounds harsher =D
